This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (park mode engaging). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and corrected the issues on the car. BMW simply replaced the battery to correct the concern (we have paperwork from BMW). BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
