This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (fuel system concern). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and corrected the issues on the car. BMW simply replaced the high pressure fuel pump to correct the concern. BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the BMW warranty remains on this until 04/14/2013, or 50k miles.
