This car was a manufacturer buy back car from California. The original owner complained of a brake noise concern. Mercedes inspected this car, and replaced the front brake pads and rotors (yes, very silly reason). Due to the overly stringent buy back laws in Ca, Mercedes repurchased this car from the original owner. MERCEDES FACTORY WARRANTY EXPIRES 1-28-2018 OR 50,000 MILES - WHICH EVER OCCURS FIRST.
